Brewed in the abyss that became of a tumultuous set of years for the founding members (Pine and N.D. Fiorese), Midget Cannibals is an indie folk band with an aim to make music that is both honest and cathartic. The repertoire can seem a bit psychedelic or even offensive, but what the listener is sure to walk away with is a blend of humbling hopefulness, emotionally-evocative riffs and mournful vocal melodies.
